The DIA Urban Arts Project, of the Urban Art Façade and Streetscape Program funded by the Downtown Investment Authority (DIA), is a multi-phased arts-based civic engagement of public art commissions that promote community development through public art, urban design, and attractive streetscapes in Jacksonville’s downtown urban core.

Kumar Pictures was commissioned to document the project; creating multiple videos and photo press packages showcasing artists and their works. The city looks amazing!

-7 traffic signal cabinets with graphic wraps

-Parking for 50 bikes with sculptural bike racks
